HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC (“HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy rights of our online users (“users” or “you”). This

LLC website (collectively referred to as “the Site”) or any HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC games or applications (the Site, games, and applications collectively
referred to as “the Services”).

Kingdom (“UK”), Switzerland, and Brazil. HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC is the data controller of personal information for these users, as applicable under these

Please note that this policy only applies to information collected by HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC through the use of the Site or Services, and information
collected by HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC through the Services. This policy does not apply to the actions of third parties that HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC does not own

To comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we have appointed HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC Europe SARL as our GDPR representative in

We will process your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including ensuring that such processing has a valid legal basis when
necessary. If applicable laws require your consent to process your personal information, you hereby consent to such processing in the manner described in
this policy and our terms of use. You are free to choose not to use our Services.

Information Collection
We collect your information directly from you, from third parties, and automatically as you use our Services. We may integrate the information we
collect from these different sources.
Information We Collect Directly from You
We will also collect any information or categories of information you provide to us while using our Services. The types of personal information we
collect may vary depending on your activities. Personal information may include the following identifiers:
Your name;
User identification number;
Email address;
Password.
We will direct you to make payments through one of our partnered payment service providers. We do not collect or store your financial data. However,
we may still receive or collect personal information related to the transaction to complete your purchase and for the purposes described in this privacy
policy; additionally, the payment service provider may share information related to your purchase with us for the purposes described in this privacy policy.
We may also retain this information to allow you to purchase other items through our Services without having to re-enter it each time. We do not directly
access or store your credit card information unless necessary to complete your purchase and/or communicate with you regarding your transaction.
If you contact us via email (e.g., customer support), we will collect your name, email address, and any other content included in the email to
respond to you. We may use the personal information you submit in communications to contact and respond to you.
Information We Automatically Collect About Your Use of Our Services
When you use the Services, we may log information about your use of the Services, including information about your internet or other electronic
network activities, and we may collect additional information visible on your social network page related to that page.
Our Services also record your gaming information, such as your high scores or game duration. When you invite new members to join your network
through the Services or send messages through the Services, we collect and store information related to those messages, including email addresses and
content.
If you use the Services on a mobile device (including iPads and tablets), we collect mobile device identifiers, including Media Access Control (MAC)
address, and possibly IP address. In certain games, we create and assign an account-like identifier to your device. We may collect the name associated with
the device, device type, phone number, country/region, and any other information you choose to provide, such as username, character name, approximate
location (based on your IP address), or email address. This information helps us troubleshoot and understand usage trends.
Except as described in this policy, we do not share this information with any third parties. If you no longer wish for us to track or use such
information, you can disable this feature at the device level. Please note that if we are unable to identify your source (specific country/region), the
application may not function properly.
Additionally, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Services. This unique user ID will be stored in association with your account
information to track the HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC games you are playing.
Information Use
We need the above personal information for the purposes described in this policy, and not providing certain information may affect our ability to
provide services to you.
The primary purpose for which HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC collects user information is to provide and enhance the Services and to enable users to easily
navigate and enjoy the Services.

Research and Analysis: Analyzing how you interact with the Services; monitoring and analyzing usage and activity trends; and for other research,

Protecting Rights: Protecting the safety, rights, property, or security of HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC, the Services, any third parties, or the public;
detecting, preventing, or otherwise addressing fraud, security, or technical issues; preventing or stopping activities that HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC deems to
be or may constitute illegal, unethical, or actionable conduct; serving as evidence in litigation; and enforcing this policy and our terms of use.
Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable laws or regulatory obligations, including as part of judicial proceedings; responding to subpoenas,

where permitted by law; (iv) protect our rights and property, enforce our terms of use and legal notices, and establish, exercise, and defend legal claims;
(v) complete corporate transactions (e.g., corporate restructuring, sale or transfer of assets, mergers); (vi) share your information with third-party
markets and service providers for advertising purposes; (vii) otherwise support our business, operations, and services; (viii) enforce our terms of use;
(ix) prevent fraud, illegal activities, and/or any infringement of our intellectual property rights.
Legal Requirements: We collect and process your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, including any court orders or binding

Consent: We will notify you in advance and, where necessary, give you the option to consent to the collection or processing of your personal

law may require us to obtain your explicit affirmative consent, and you also have the right to refuse or withdraw your consent later. In cases where such

If you provide information about friends or family members, you will provide them with this privacy policy and obtain their consent to provide that
information. If you have not obtained their consent, do not send us their personal information.
Third-Party Services
Please note that third-party partners/providers may also use cookies or other technologies, and those practices and providers are governed by their
own policies. We use mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your device. This software may log
information such as how often you use the application, events occurring within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and the location from
which the application was downloaded. We do not associate information stored in the analytics software with any personal information you submit in the
mobile application.
Our Services may contain third-party tracking tools from our service providers. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our Services
to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. Third parties may access information such as your device identifiers, MAC address, geolocation
information, and IP address in order to provide services in accordance with their respective privacy policies. This policy does not cover the use of
third-party tracking tools. We cannot access or control these third parties. Examples of third parties we use for analytics include:
Google Analytics: HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of this Service. The information
collected by Google Analytics includes how often users visit the site, which pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to
coming to our site. HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC uses the information obtained from Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve its Services. Google
Analytics only collects the IP address assigned to you on the day you visit the Service, not your name or other identifying information. HINTON WEB DESIGN
LLC does not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with other personal information.
Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy restrict Google’s use and sharing of information collected about your visits to our
Services. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on your return visit to the site by disabling cookies on your browser or mobile device. For

browser, you can obtain the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
International Transfers
We may transfer your personal information to regions outside your country of residence, including to countries that may not provide the same level
of data protection as your country of residence. We will take appropriate protective measures to safeguard the personal information we transfer, in
accordance with applicable data protection requirements. We will implement standard contractual clauses to protect your personal information as required by

Specifically, for users residing in the EU or UK, please note that HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC is located in Israel, which is recognized by the EU
Commission and the UK government as providing an adequate level of data protection. If HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC transfers your personal information to
companies outside of Israel, the EU, or the UK, we will take measures to ensure that your information receives protection equivalent to that of Israel, the
EU, or the UK. You have the right to request information (including copies) regarding the contractual safeguards HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC has put in place to
achieve this.

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, and in accordance with applicable laws, typically
for no longer than three years from the date you stop using our Services. In determining the appropriate retention period, we will consider the amount,

which we process the personal information, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as applicable legal and regulatory

account information can only be accessed online through a password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must safeguard your password
and not disclose it to anyone else. You acknowledge that the risk of providing personal information is borne by you. You are also responsible for any use of
our games and applications by anyone using your password. If you believe your password has been compromised or misused, please notify us immediately.
Security
We have implemented technical, physical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental
loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, please note that no system or network is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that
unauthorized third parties will never defeat these measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.
Changes to This Policy
HINTON WEB DESIGN LLC may modify this policy from time to time. The use of information we collect now will be subject to the policy in effect at the
time of such use. If we change the way we use personal information, we will notify you, for example, by posting a notice on our Services or sending an email
to the address you provided. Significant changes will take effect seven (7) days after being posted on the Service or sent to you via email (whichever is
earlier); all other changes to this privacy policy will take effect from the date of the “last revised” date stated. If applicable law requires that your
data be processed according to this privacy policy, your continued use of the Services after the last revised date or thereafter signifies your acceptance
and agreement to be bound by these changes. If the terms require modification to comply with legal requirements, the revisions may take effect immediately
